Stopwatch With Notes (“the App”) is developed and published by Eydevelops.
The App is a stopwatch app with notes, lap tracking, optional CSV export, rewarded ads, and optional in-app purchases.
The developer does not operate a user account system and does not run a custom backend server to collect stopwatch records, notes, names, email addresses, or contact information.
Stopwatch data, lap records, notes, app settings, theme preference, language preference, and locally stored feature-access state are stored on your device.
This local data is not sent to the developer’s servers.
You can remove locally stored app data by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App from your device.
The App allows you to export lap data as a CSV file.
CSV export may include lap numbers, start times, lap durations, total times, and notes entered by you.
Exported CSV data is shared only when you choose to share it through the Android sharing options provided by your device. The App does not automatically send CSV files to the developer.
The App uses Google Play Billing to process optional in-app purchases.
The App does not receive or store your payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Google Play.
To provide paid features, the App may receive and store purchase-related information such as product identifiers, purchase status, purchase tokens, and transaction information provided by Google Play Billing.
The App may show rewarded ads to temporarily unlock certain features.
The App uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to load and show ads, and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or manage consent where required by law.
Google and its partners may collect or process data for advertising, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service operation. This may include information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and consent choices.
Rewarded feature access is granted only after a rewarded ad is successfully watched and a reward is reported by the ads SDK.
The App may use local notifications to show that the stopwatch is running.
These notifications are generated on your device and are used only for stopwatch functionality.

The developer does not sell personal data.
The developer does not share stopwatch records or notes with third parties.
However, third-party services integrated into the App, such as Google AdMob and Google Play Billing, may process data as described above and according to their own policies.
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Because stopwatch records and notes are stored locally on your device, the developer cannot access, modify, export, or delete them for you.
You can delete local data by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

Local app data is stored using standard device storage mechanisms.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but the App is designed so that stopwatch records and notes remain local unless you choose to export or share them.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the App functions correctly, the developer does not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, device issues, or inability to use the App.
